coming out of my cage and i've been doing just fine

Hey kids...it's been a while, sorry!! I've been busy or whatever. Ok so let's see...last Saturday was a cool day I guess. I had to wake up early to get my hair cut. At first I thought it was a lot shorter than it had been but nobody seemed to notice at school. I really like it though because I can like flip it out sorta and it's cooooool. After the hair chopping I went to Alvernia for this "Accepted Students" day. It was pretty boring like those things usually are. I was scared because we had to break up into four groups of about 25 kids and go visit two classes ALONE without mommy and daddy. It was pretty cool though...a little taste of how it'll be next year. Of course there was a BOY in my group that was cool (from what I could tell anyway). He was funny too. I tried to like walk near him but it didn't work out, tear tear.

After Alvernia we did some shopping and I got some items for the FBLA trip. On the way home I made plans with Lindsay to go driving somewhere. We went somewhere in the Lancaster/Manheim area and checked out the "business offices" where they sell knives door-to-door. We also went to Wawa to get some beverages where we saw this hot guy who drove a peice of shit car and was buying cigars...interesting. We almost died like 6 times and the one time I ran a red light and had to back up to the line, HAHAHAHAAHA. Sunday was a cool day...work was work but fortunately it wasn't that bad. Sundays at work are always...different. After work I rushed home because my mom and dad said they were taking a ride down to Maryland and they were waiting for me to get home so we could leave as early as possible.

I didn't really know exactly where were going in Maryland but all I really need are my CDs and my headphones and I'm good to go. It sure as hell beats sitting home alone all night doing homework. We drove along the Chesapeake Bay...that whole area. We went all the way down to Anapolis which seemed really boring at first but turned out to be AWESOME. It was really cool there...lots of stores, brick streets, people everywhere. Plus, the Naval Academy is there so all the little sailors were wearing their cool uniforms. It was neato cheeto and I officially love traveling now and I want to go everywhere and see everything. We didn't get home until super late so I just skipped out on the homework and went to bed early to prepare for my first and last day of school that week.

Monday was pretty cool I guess. I tried to make it fun since I wasn't gonna be there all week. Rachel made me sad because she kept saying how much she was gonna miss me, tear tear!!!!!!!!! After school I had to work and then Linds came to visit. We wound up going to Mickey D's and then driving around for one last time before I left. Then I had to come home and pack and I didn't actually go to bed until almost 2AM and I had to get up at like 4:45 AM. We left the school on Tuesday morning around 6 and for once I didn't forget anything except my sunglasses, but I survived. We got there before 10 and we didn't have to do anything FBLA related the whole day except we had to have a meeting that night at like 8 to go over some stuff. Jen, Kim, and I unpacked, watched TV, snacked away the day, listened to music, played cards, explored the whole hotel about 6 times and still had nothing to do for the rest of the day. It got a little better when the Littlestown people got there and we were a few doors down from us. They were cool...there was the kid named Scott and the gray shirt kid (aww they were cute), and the rest of the kids from their school paraded up and down the hallway carrying a boombox and playing funny songs really loud and singing. That continued throughout the week and made it a little exciting.

The rest of Thursday was pretty boring as was Wednesday morning since the losers upstairs from us woke us up so early thumping around. But we'll get to that later. I think Tuesday and Thursday were the longest days of my life. We got so bored we didn't know what to do anymore. We had a cool bunch of people on our floor though (the 5th floor). We rocked, haha. I don't wanna talk about all the boring FBLA stuff so I'll talk about all the BOYS there, whoo hoo. There was my personal favorite which was the cool hair red head kid, awwwwwwwwww he was just so CUTE!!!! I forget what school he was from though. He had an awesome name too...Tristan, coooool. The Littlestown kids were pretty good looking too and they were nice too. They thought all the other Cocalio kids were snobs (hey, join the club) but we were the "nice" ones. There were the kids above us who got pissed because Jen threw ice up at them so they called us on the phone and they were really funny to talk to but were really ugly and we wound up never talking to them after that night...DARN (sarcasm). There were other hot guys there but Kim definitely has different taste than me...ummmm yeah so that didn't work. Oh there was the party kid across the hall from us who left his goldfish in front of our door and we accidentally stepped on them and crushed them...sorry! These two other guys came up to us (they were huge FBLA smart nerdy kids) and asked us if we wanted our shirts ironed by their Japanese friend and gave us a flyer...it's hysterical and I still have it in my purse. All I know is those two kids won first place in their event...good job kids. There were many others that were cool...I was kinda sad to leave in a way but so ready to go back to school and get caught up with all the news. I really did love the red head kid...too bad I can't remember where he was from, sniffle sniffle.

We came back on Friday and I was exhausted. Last night I just unpacked and stuff and then Lindsay and I went out driving around. We went to visit Erin at the movie theater but it was closed or something. It's really creepy there at night in that parking garage...especially when we were talking about Salad Fingers (HAHAHAHA) and his rusty spoons. That's great. We saw some cool kids on a porch and Lindsay honked my horn but they didn't hear because I like freaked out and turn before we went by. It was an uneventful night but still fun. Today I slept like all day and then I went to Wally World and bought minutes for my phone. Me and Lindsay tried calling Chels-Ho but she wasn't home so we didn't go anywhere tonight, how sad. I just sad around and did nothing.

Oh oh oh guess what?????? My dad looked in the Philly newspaper for places that sell tickets to concerts and stuff and I went on to one of the websites and...I FOUND KILLERS TICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, I'm just very very excited, whoooooooo hooo. I think I'll die if I don't get to go. They're a little expensive but I really don't care because it's the Killers and I love them and I'm willing to pay that much. It will be a fantabulous ending to our senior year. ROCK ON. I'm about to die. It's so coool. The Killers, sigh.

Tomorrow is work and then I'm going to attempt to "catch up" on the work I missed, yeah right. My brother was supposed to come today but they changed it to tomorrow. Nobody's called us yet so as far as we know they're not coming. That's kinda good in a way because I'd rather my brother come another time for the whole weekend...that would be much cooler than him and the whole "gang". They're...not very fun. Except I would get to see the little baby who is adorable. I love all my little nephews (and neice!).

Somehow I'm still tired even after hours and hours of sleep this morning so I'm gonna go put on a movie or something and catch some z's. Peace out whiggers.

Smooches, *Me*

P.S. Salad Fingers is TOO COOL FOR YOU.
