hope is such a waste

Hey kids. This weekend was a lot of fun (except for working), I must say. On Friday Alyssa came at like 9 AM and we just hung out and watched movies like always until I had to go to work. It was a craaaazy day at Subway. We had steady customers the whole time and we had to make like 5 of these gigantic party subs plus do all of our list...it was rough and I had to stay after 40 extra minutes which sucked. I came home and my mom, Alyssa, and I got dinner stuff ready (tacos) and then when my dad got home from work and Lindsay came we ate. After that me, Linds, and Lys drove to Blockbuster and rented Napoleon Dynamite and 100 Girls (for the millionth time). We came back and watched Single White Female (scary!!!!!) on HBO and then we all fell asleep during 100 girls. Even though it was New Year's Eve it wasn't all that exciting...we watched the ball drop on TV and stuff. Oh, and we thought someone was tapping on the window but it was just vibrating from someone setting off fireworks, hehe.

On Saturday we woke up really late which sucked. We watched the rest of the movie and then Linds left. Alyssa and me went out at like 4 something to Old Navy and then we went to the mall but it closed early so we just came home and watched Napoleon Dynamite. That had to be one of the stupidest movies ever. Everybody was saying how funny and great it is but Alyssa and I were like "Huh??" and yeah...sorry to all you guys who think it's great. We also watched A Cinderella Story which I didn't want to because it sounded dumb, but I really liked it.

Today kinda sucks. I have all this homework to do and then I have to work. Alyssa was supposed to stay until tonight but my mom and dad are both sick so her parents just came an hour ago to pick her up. She'll probably come again soon. We didn't even get to go to the mall :(
