we wish you a merry christmas

Let's see...Thursday was kind of a bad day even though it was the last day of school before break. Stupid gym class and people that think you're stupid and talk about you behind your back right in front of you. What is wrong with people?? That just put me in a bad mood and some other annoying and mean stuff that people said just made it even worse. Once school was out it was all good though I guess, even though it was raining really hard.

I went in to work early because my boss needed me. Apprently a lot of people like to get hoagies at Christmas. Chelsie and Zac came to visit and Lindsay was supposed to come too but, as I later found out, went somewhere with her family. We were really busy at work too...lots of day shift stuff to do. Lindsay came in at like 9 with her brother and stayed until I got off and that was pretty fun. I was really tired and pretty much everything was funny. I think my co-worker was a little angry at me, oh well!

Christmas Eve was a pretty fun day I guess. I had to go buy stuff at the store for my mom and then I came home and got stuff ready for when my sister, her husband, Vinny, Andrey, and Livvy were coming over. We just hung out and talked and stuff. I played with Livvy for a little, hung out with the boys. Nothing too special. After they left I opened my presents and I actually got pretty much stuff if you consider all the gift cards. I got socks, CDs, movies, make up, jewelry, a game, perfume, and gift cards to Best Buy, Fashion Bug, Wal-Mart, Target, Borders, Barnes and Noble, the hairdresser, and I think somewhere else. So really, that's a lot. I'm also getting sneakers that we had to order because they didn't have the color I wanted...they ship it to your house for free if they don't have it, which is cool. I know I got other stuff but I can't remember right now and I don't feel like going upstairs to look.

I'm really hoping that I don't have to work a lot this week because my cousin's supposed to come and stay w/ me and I wanna go shopping with all my cards and buy clothes.

Wow, I just realized I forgot to say what I did on Christmas, hehe. I went to my Grandma's house and we just hung around and when pretty much everyone was there we had dinner. I don't know if I've ever said anything about my dad's family but it's huge and they do this thing where we start with the youngest and they get all their gifts first and then we work it up until the first person who was in the Pollyanna. So basically you have to sit there while my little year old cousin opens each gift by herself and shows it around to everyone and they all take pictures. Then it's her sister with the same whole thing. Then there's a huge gap and Alyssa went and she was the first one in the Pollyanna but the person that had her wasn't there yet. It was a big mess. Then my aunt (who had Alyssa) and uncle and their two kids (who are babies) came and we had to stop the Pollyanna and wait while they did all THEIR gifts. Then the Pollyanna started up again and it was just craaaaaazy. All in all, I got a $60 gift card to Old Navy (whoo clothes) from Pollyanna from my cousin Richie and from my grandma I got this little wrist bag thing that's really cool and blue, and this little Santa with soap and stuff. Oh, and a gift card for FYE from my uncle/godfather. To show you the extent of the whole gift exchanging ordeal...we officially started at 7:05 and we weren't done until like 9:45. Then everyone had to make sure they had their own stuff and we didn't forget any gifts. Oh, and we had to clean up the million pieces of wrapping paper that get throw around every year. It's sooooo much fun. My uncle uncle Rob (my godfather) starts this huge wrapping paper ball throwing thing every year for as long as I can remember. It was basically him, my dad, and my two cousins Toph and Nick who started it, but by the end of the night everyone's thrown something, even my grandma. It's just great because everybody pretends they didn't do it and tries to secretly throw it. Even my little year old cousin got involved this year. Good times w/ the family, let me tell you.

Today is boring. Woke up, watched TV, did nothing much. I have to be at work in like 2 hours and I'm NOT looking forward to that. If I wouldn't have had to work Alyssa could've come home w/ us last night but nooooo. Tear tear. Well alrighty, I hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas, I'm outta here.
